CourseCash™ is a new Tuition Assistance adjacent experience offered by Tuition.io that allows an employer to prepay for an employee’s approved education through Tuition.io via a prepaid debit card that can only be used to pay for the eligible educational expenses expected for the course/program. CourseCash™ allows employers to prepay the employee’s courses prior to starting the course instead of a traditional Tuition Assistance experience where the employee pays for the course out of pocket and is reimbursed after the course is completed.
As of January 2026, Tuition.io’s CourseCash™ experience is still very new and it is only offered to a very small group of employers that are partnered with Tuition.io.
