If you are applying to get reimbursement towards courses that will allow you to get a degree, the tuition assistance program is a two step application process with three required approvals (the program application approval, course application pre-approval, and the final approval). You must first submit a program application.
A program application is used to determine the type of reimbursement you are requesting (degree type). You will receive an email after this application is approved.
You will then need to submit a course application for every course you are looking to be reimbursed for (multiple courses can go in one application if they have the same start and end date). A course application will hold the required details for the reimbursement request.
Please note: The application process may be different depending on whether you are requesting reimbursement for courses, certificates, conferences, etc. This will depend on your employer's Tuition.io experience
Once course application(s) are pre-approved, you will attach the required documents after you finish the course to submit for the final approval.
