How do I submit flex type programs?

Flex Path Plan programs such as (WGU and Capella University) bills students per session versus billing students per class.  

Students should submit the courses taken within their 6-month terms on one application after they have enrolled in/completed all courses for that term. The end date of the 6-month term will be considered the end date for all of the courses during that term. Please note that all correct documentation (final grades, an itemized statement, and proof of payment for the full reimbursable amount) must be in within your employer’s guidelines. Please reference your employer’s policies and guidelines or benefit if you’re unsure about the policies and deadlines..  

Please submit your courses grouped by when you finished the courses and you can take the amount of courses you took and divide them by the total cost of the block of time to get a cost per course amount.
